A majority of computers today use Microsoft products, and this wouldn't be if it weren't for the corporate success of Gates. Perhaps his corporate success could be categorized into two different areas: Microsoft products and company growth.
Microsoft Products
As mentioned before, part of Gates' corporate success is directly related to the products that his company creates. Gates and Microsoft have created software programs such as the BASIC computer language, the Windows computer operating system, and the Microsoft Office Suite to name a few. Gates has worked hard to keep Microsoft ahead of the curve in creating new programs and new ideas, and that has led the company to become the world's largest producer of application software and even a leading software producer for Apple computers.
Global Growth
Another facet of the corporate success of Gates is through the global growth of Microsoft. Today, Microsoft is expanding to enormous proportions with offices in 25 different countries around the world. With the advancement of technologies comes the advancements and growth in the Microsoft Corporation.
